New Spartan mascot unveiled for Pebble Hills High School

Pebble Hills High School introduced the arrival of their new Spartan mascot, which is ready to represent the school at athletic events, campus activities and in the community.

Designed by its student council, the Spartan looks fierce, said Amanda Garay, who oversees Pebble Hills High School student council.

The group meticulously worked on the mascot to come up with the right look, then sent their ideas to the company that built the outfit.

“It’s a full body shell,” Garay said. “We wanted to design something that would best represent ourselves as Spartans. It had to look realistic. I think we achieved that. We are happy with it.”

Pebble Hills High School officially opened its doors on July 1, 2015 with 9th and 10th grade students.  The school colors are Teal and Desert Orange.
