On Wednesday, Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) rolled out their new transition process to help companies conduct business online.
With a new team of Digital Transformation Specialists, or DT Specialists, WSB aims to help 100 businesses to better respond to the impact of COVID-19 by providing an improved customer experience through the incorporation of digital transformation strategies.
“If we look at the successes digital transformation seems to be having in the business world, and we start aligning that with potential here in our market, we could gradually begin chipping away at the unemployment rate,” said WSB CEO Leila Melendez.
WSB encourages businesses to visit their website to get a better understanding of the program. The service is free and includes platforms such as cloud-based workflow, e-commerce, CRM, website development and digital marketing.
