New Mexico State University will host a sheep and goat symposium prior to its annual Ag Day Degree program. The symposium will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at the NMSU Las Cruces Campus Knox Hall, followed by the Ag Day Degree program beginning at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19.
