Outlet Shoppes at El Paso owners launch Third Party Management Company

Tuesday evening, officials with Horizon Group Properties, Inc., the owner of The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso announced the launch of a third party management company.

Celerity Center Management will focus on the management, leasing, marketing and development of retail shopping centers for third party clients, separate from its parent company, Horizon Group Properties.

“Our team has tremendous expertise in developing, leasing and operating retail shopping centers, and this has clear value to owners that need third party management. We have demonstrated through the success at The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso over the last 11 years that we can operate shopping centers efficiently while staying focused on marketing and merchandising strategies that grow top line revenues,” said Gary Skoien, CEO of Celerity Center Management.

“We’ve also proven by our success in El Paso that we can successfully operate centers in bilingual markets and bring market exclusive
stores to market. Several stores at The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso only have one store in the market – at The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso.”

The Celerity Center Management team, led by Gary Skoien, features Paul Schaffer, James Harris, Andrew Pelmoter, Leasing; David Nelson, Asset Management; Connie Dyer, Marketing; Tom Rumptz, Development and Construction; David Tinkham, Accounting, Finance and Reporting.

“Given the state of the economy at the moment, along with the uncertainty of how long this situation will last, we think it’s the right time for owners to seek cost efficient, experienced management,” said Skoien.
