The City of El Paso’s Parks and Recreation Department has opened the application period for parade participants and food and merchandise vendors to be part of the Celebration of Lights Parade and WinterFest season.
“After a year hiatus of our parade and programming due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are excited to once again celebrate WinterFest in person,” said Cultural Affairs and Recreation Managing Director Ben Fyffe. “WinterFest and the Celebration of Lights Parade have become a beloved holiday tradition to our community.”
The Celebration of Lights Parade returns to Downtown El Paso on Saturday, November 20, which marks the start of the celebration for the season.
