Downs In Motion, a fund of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation, will host an exhibition to showcase the group’s core activities: music, martial arts, basketball, and expressive arts, and invites the community to participate.
The Exhibition will take place on March 19 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 1000 Diesel Dr., Suite E.
Downs In Motion is a program affiliated with Abundant Living Faith Center working to foster spaces for adults with downs syndrome or other intellectual disabilities to connect and grow. The focuses of the group are social opportunities, physical exercise, educational opportunities and outreach & volunteerism.
The organization is largely funded by community contributions and is accepting donations at the event and online.
