The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department is accepting applications from vendors interested in participating in the spring edition of Art in the Park that will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, and Sunday, May 21, at Memorial Park, 3100 Copper Avenue.
Interested vendors must pick up applications at the administrative offices of the Parks and Recreation Department, located at 801 Texas Ave., from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Arts and craft booth fees are $90 for both days and food booths are $130 for both days. New artists and crafters interested in participating in the outdoor event must provide sample photos of their work.
Artwork should be a diverse form of art and all items must be handmade items. Factory-made or retail items will not be considered or accepted. The application and entry fee must be submitted with the sample photos.
Previous Art in the Park exhibitors will not need to provide samples.
Art in the Park is free to the public and features dozens of artist vendors, food vendors and live entertainment.
