Sheriff’s Office Annual ‘Santa with a Badge’ Program Underway

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO) is gearing up for one of the biggest operations of the year, all to bring smiles to children around the Borderland.

EPCSO’s annual “Santa with a Badge,” features the Sheriff’s Office, and the community coming together to provide over 2000 toys to children in the unincorporated areas of El Paso County who might otherwise miss out on opening gifts on Christmas morning.

Leslie Antunez, EPCSO’s Public Information Officer says, “We are reaching out for your support to help with the donation of a new unwrapped toy or monetary donation to make Christmas morning a memorable one.”

Antunez adds, “Any donation you can provide will be greatly appreciated, let’s make Christmas morning a special one.”

Collection dates will be from November 28th– December 9th, 2016. Donations can be dropped off with PIO Leslie Antunez or with the Sheriff’s Office Community Service Section at their HQ office.
