Socorro ISD to Host Job Fair for Bilingual/ESL, Special Education Certified Teachers, Support Personnel

Socorro ISD is looking for Bilingual/ESL and Special Education certified teachers for all grade levels this Friday.

According to a Monday morning news releaase, the district is seeking “energetic, progressive, and highly motivated employees for positions across the district and SISD’s innovative WIN Academy. Qualified applicants are invited to SISD’s Teacher Job Fair. In order to qualify, you must either have a Bilingual/ESL or Special Education certification.”

Special Education teachers should have a generalist or content-specific certification in addition to their certification in special education.

Interested applicants for other positions, such as teachers, police officers, bus drivers, bus monitors, security guards, and sub nurses, are also invited to attend the job fair.

Applicants should bring their resume and be prepared for the opportunity to meet and interview with school principals.

Job openings at SISD schools are open due to growth and attrition in the district, offering great opportunities for prospective teachers.
