Standing room only tickets are all that remain for the Chihuahuas vs. Padres Spring Training Exhibition game and the Chihuahuas 2016 Opening Day. Sold out within hours, reserved seats are no longer available team officials announced.
Individual seats for the popular Independence Day celebrations slated for July 2nd and July 3rd remain but are going fast!
“Chihuahuas fans have once again spoken quickly and loudly in their support of Chihuahuas baseball as we head into our third season at Southwest University Park,” said Brad Taylor, general manager of the El Paso Chihuahuas. “We know how fortunate we are and promise to keep adding new, creative promotions, theme nights and food every year to keep it exciting. The Chihuahuas open the 2016 season on Friday, April 15th versus the Reno Aces (Arizona Diamondbacks), the start of an eight-game homestand.
Tickets remain on sale for the team’s first homestand which includes a Fireworks Spectacular on Saturday, Kid’s Day Sunday, Military Monday, the first Baseball In Education day game on Tuesday, April 20th, and Thrifty Thursday. Also included on Tuesday is the Business Person Special, A Networking Event.
The event includes entry into the game, a ticket for the Sun Kings Saloon, food and beverage, contests and more for $25. The homestand also features a magnet schedule giveaway presented by Southwest University on April 18th.
Beginning February 29th, the Durango Box Office will be open Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.through Opening Day. The Santa Fe Box Office is currently closed. Individual game tickets are also available at epchihuahuas.com.
Tickets are available starting at $5. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to enjoy a savings ranging from $2.00 – $3.00 per ticket on reserved seating versus purchasing on the day of the game. A $1.50 per ticket convenience fee will be applied to all online purchases.
