Residents from all over the city joined their neighbors in celebrating the city’s 146th birthday Sunday afternoon.
Held in Downtown El Paso’s Cleveland Square Park, scores of families celebrated with Amigo Man, Chico the Chihuahuas, and many other fellow El Pasoans.
