Day two of the annual Neon Desert Music Festival bloomed bright and hot Sunday afternoon in Downtown El Paso.
The heat did not deter the throngs of fans there to see their favorite artist. Our very own Andres ‘Ace’ Acosta was in attendance – not to perform – but to bring you his views of the festival.
