Sundt Construction officials announced the promotion Matt LeRoy to assistant project manager in its El Paso office.
“Matt is well-deserving of his promotion,” said Joseph Riccillo, Project Director in Sundt’s El Paso office. “He has shown great leadership and brings a skill set that furthers our mission to be the most skilled builder in America, especially in El Paso.”
LeRoy has been an instrumental team member for Sundt on the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso’s (HACEP) Blue Flame renovation.
“Throughout the project’s duration, he has taken on management roles and responsibilities while honing his leadership skills. LeRoy will continue to work on the Blue Flame project to finalize tenant buildouts of the historic building,” officials added.
LeRoy has been with Sundt for over four years and has project experience in public housing, including HACEP’s Father Pinto and various other projects throughout El Paso. He holds a bachelor’s in construction management from Arizona State University and an OSHA 30 certification.
Officials share that, within the past decade, Sundt has completed millions of dollars in project work in the El Paso region.
The company is currently working on three projects for the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso (HACEP), including tenant improvements to the historic Blue Flame building in downtown El Paso and the Texas Department of Transportation’s I-10 Connect project. Sundt completed phase 1 of the Eastside Regional Park, which is part of the Quality of Life bonds.
