Only a few months removed from closing their last location in the Sun City, the Charcoaler restaurant officially announced they are seeking a buyer.
Via a Facebook post Tuesday morning, restaurant officials revealed the sale price and details.
“Ladies and Gentlemen the Charcoaler is for sale! It will no longer be able to exist at it’s original location, however the name, intellectual property, El Paso following, and training from the family who owned it for 56 years are for sale. For those who may be interested in purchasing, information is at the following link.”
Listed price for the name, intellectual property and training is $200,000.
According to the sales website BizBuySell, “The buyer will need to move the restaurant to another facility as the property owner will be leasing the current facility to another business.”
The North Mesa location closed in January of 2017.
