The City of El Paso’s Department of Community and Human Development is pleased to announce funding availability for the development of affordable rental housing by non-profit housing agencies certified by the city as Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO’S).
The Department’s Housing Programs Division is offering up to $1 million per development for the rehabilitation, construction, acquisition or reconstruction of affordable rental housing. The purpose of this Program is to increase the supply of affordable rental housing stock available to very low to moderate income families.
Program guidelines and applications may be obtained at the Department of Community and Human Development located at the City 3 building – 801 Texas Avenue, 3rd Floor.
