Komedix Healthcare today announced the opening of a new primary care clinic in El Paso that will begin providing patients with access to high quality healthcare.

Medical Director Dr. Hector Lopez, D.O., has a long history in El Paso. Dr. Lopez founded Community Medical Clinic in El Paso in 1984. He has more than 35 years of experience as a Family Physician.
Dr. Lopez is an Associate Clinical Professor of Family Practice at UNTHSC Fort Worth/TCOM, where he earned his medical degree. He is the first Latino to serve as President of the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association. In 1992, he was named Doctor of the Year by the Texas College of Family Physicians.
