El Paso Community College (EPCC) Summer Repertory concludes its season with the classic musical Guys and Dolls.
Guys and Dolls was written by Joe Swerling and Abe Burrows, music composed by Frank Loesser and directed by EPCC Theater Director, Keith Townsend, The play is a musical romantic comedy set in Depression-era Times Square involving the unlikeliest of Manhattan pairings: a high-rolling gambler and a puritanical missionary, a showgirl dreaming of the straight-and- narrow and a crap game manager who is anything but.
The EPCC Summer Repertory performs at the EPCC Transmountain Campus Forum Theater (9570 Gateway North.) General Admission is $15, Non-EPCC students and military are $10 and EPCC students/staff and senior citizens are $7. Tickets are available at the door. The box office opens two hours before each performance.
Proceeds from the Summer Repertory go to Theater and Forensic scholarships.
