Online registration for the upcoming 2018-19 academic year opened May 1 and gives parents of returning and new students an early opportunity to enroll their children in one of the many programs in EPISD.
EPISD’s new online registration process allows parents to submit all forms necessary to register students through the web. For most parents, this means they will not be required to physically go to a campus to register their students.
To register online, parents of returning students can visit the EPISD website and follow the prompts under the registration tab.
EPISD is opening computer labs for parents who need help using the online registration portal. Parents can check their neighborhood school or the EPISD website for times and dates.
The District also is launching a new online tool to help parents compare and select the best academic program for their children in EPISD. School Finder allows parents to select schools based on grade level, academic interests and geographic location. The tool is available on the EPISD website under the “Registration” tab.
Parents of returning students should log on to the EPISD Parent Portal and verify that their children’s student information and email address is correct and updated.
Parents of students who attend a school outside their attendance zone, should check that their transfer request has been completed and approved before proceeding with online registration.
