Teacher Appreciation Week at Alamo Drafthouse Montecillo Means Free Movies for Educators

Spring Break 2018 is here and so is Teacher Appreciation Week at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo.

From Friday, March 9, through Sunday March 18, educators, faculty members, administrators and school employees receive free admission at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo.

“Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo is honored to celebrate all of the hard work and dedication that educators, administrators and school employees give to students in El Paso,” said Analiza Guzman, Creative Manager at Alamo Drafthouse Montecillo. “Nobody deserves a relaxing Spring Break more than our educators, so we’re excited to welcome them with the Alamo experience.”

Preschool, elementary, high school and university employees can bring a current ID or other proof of employment to our box office to redeem their free ticket. Homeschooling parents may bring documentation that shows they are teachers, too.

Free tickets must be for a screening on the day the guest visits the theater. Special events with a ticket price of $12 or less are eligible for this offer.

The offer may be used for one free ticket per screening, and the tickets must be redeemed in person at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo box office; tickets may not be purchased online.

All shows are for ages 6 and up unless otherwise stated on the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema website.

Officials add, however, that the screenings of PRETTY GUARDIAN SAILOR MOON: THE MUSICAL, on Saturday, March 10; and Afternoon Tea: BELLE, on Sunday, March 18, are not eligible for this offer.
