TFCU announces lobbies will reopen with guidelines, limited capacity
As COVID-19 numbers continue to decline in El Paso, officials with TFCU announced Wednesday that their lobbies will reopen on May 10, 2021.
“TFCU will follow all CDC guidelines and sanitizing protocols within their branches,” credit union officials said. “However, appointments are highly encouraged, as those that have scheduled an appointment will take priority over walk-ins for lobby transactions. “
“The safety of the community and staff remains the most important deciding factor for TFCU’s reopening,” officials added.
The branch lobbies will open with limited capacity and will offer the following services:
- New Accounts
- New Share Certificates
- New IRAs
- New or Replacement of Debit Card
- Disputes
- Coin Machine Usage
All teller transactions must continue to be completed through the full-service drive thrus at all branches.
TFCU would like to notify the community that due to previously scheduled remodeling, their Rojas and Golden Key lobbies will continue to remain closed until further notice. However, drive-thrus at all locations will remain full service for the community’s safety and convenience.
