TFCU launches Virtual Appointment System

As El Paso’s Teachers Federal Credit Union (TFCU) continues to operate with the community’s health and well-being at the forefront, just last month, TFCU launched its brand-new Virtual Appointment System.

Credit union officials share that the Virtual Appointment System addresses the need for social distancing recommended by health experts, as well as a more personalized, virtual banking experience while their lobbies continue to remain closed to the public.

To schedule an appointment, customers start by visiting tfcu.coop. Once there, they follow the instructions to select the service they need help with, a date and a time that fits their  schedule, and the process is done.

Customers will receive a confirmation email or text with further instructions on how to connect with a Member Service Representative.

“Whether you need to open an account, apply for a loan, or speak to one of their Member Service Representatives, TFCU has you covered,” officials shared via a news release.

Officials added, “TFCU is here for the El Paso Community and looks forward to serving you during these challenging times.”

TFCU is a member-owned financial institution that provides an array of convenient and affordable services for members of all ages in El Paso County
