The Great Khalid Foundation, Chuco Relic team up for benefit tee shirt sale

Khalid and Friends- A Night For SunCity, charity benefit concerts at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso Texas on September 1, 2019, Andres Acosta/ El Paso Herald-Post

Starting this Friday, The Great Khalid Foundation will be teaming up with Chuco Relic to sell the remaining Night for Sun City benefit concert tees.

“You can’t help but think of Chuco Relic when you think of t-shirts in El Paso,” said Linda  Wolfe, Executive Director of The Great Khalid Foundation, “making their stores a perfect  home for our limited stock of concert tees.”

The limited quantity of the exclusive shirts will be sold at all three Chuco Relic locations beginning on Friday, March 6.  Each shirt is $40 and all proceeds from the sale of the shirts will go towards  ongoing programming at the Foundation.

To kick-off the partnership, Chuco Relic will be hosting The Great Khalid Foundation team for a Meet & Greet at their central El Paso
location at 3750 Gateway Boulevard East, Suite B. The team will be on-site from 4 PM until 6 PM to promote the t-shirts.

“Chuco Relic is known for their commitment to celebrating El Paso,” said Linda Wolfe, “they showcase local talent and artfully bring our city to life.”

Started as a labor of love for both Khalid and his mother, The Great Khalid Foundation is Khalid’s namesake non-profit organization founded to give back to the families in the community of El Paso.
