Truly Nolen Pest Control recently acquired Fulcrum Pest Control, which is in El Paso, Tex. and services that market and Las Cruces, N.M. The company will operate as an independent division of Truly Nolen.

Adam Weber, Co-Owner of Fulcrum Pest Control with James Sullivan, explained why the two men decided to sell the company. “After 9 years of Fulcrum being one of the top names in pest control in the El Paso area, James and I have made a decision to hand the reins to Truly Nolen for the next step in the company’s growth,” said Weber. “While we had many suitors in this process, the team at Truly Nolen took an immediate interest in the assets that were valued most to us: our people. This is a company that takes care of their own and we would not have been able to make this decision without the confidence we have in their goals for the Fulcrum’s future.
