Loop 375 Widening Project
Monday, May 23 through Wednesday, May 25, 2022
Nightly, from 9 p.m. until 5a.m.
- Loop 375 Southbound main lane closure at North Loop overpass
- North Loop Entrance Ramp will be closed.
- Traveling public traffic detour at North Loop Exit and re-enter at Pan American Entrance Ramp.
Crews will be setting overhead sign structures and demolishing existing bridge decks
Monday, May 23 through Wednesday, May 25, 2022
Nightly, from 9 p.m. until 5a.m.
- Loop 375 Northbound main lanes closure at Pan American Overpass
- Pan American Entrance Ramp will be closed.
- Traveling public traffic detour at Pan American Exit Ramp and re-enter at North Loop Entrance Ramp
Crews will be setting overhead sign structures and demolishing existing bridge decks

- Socorro Road Bridge underpass
- All traffic will travel along frontage roads to next available intersection.
Crews will be removing concrete bridge overhang.

Daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Americas Avenue (frontage road) from Zaragoza Boulevard (Port of Entry) to North Loop Road north and southbound alternating left and right lane closure
Crews will work on lighting infrastructure.
Monday, May 23 through Friday, May 23, 2022
Daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- South Americas Intersection right lane closure eastbound
Crews will work on bridge structures.
I-10 Connect
Sunday, May 22
9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- A full closure of Ramp A, which connects I-10 westbound to US 54 northbound, at I-10 westbound, will be in place. DETOUR: Traffic should use the Cotton Street turnaround and proceed to I-10 eastbound to access US 54 and Juarez.
Crews will be performing striping work.
Monday, May 23
9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- A full closure of US 54 southbound at the US 54 southbound CD lanes will be in place.
- A full closure of the US 54 southbound entrance ramp at Chester Avenue will be in place. DETOUR: Traffic should use the Cotton Street turnround and proceed to I-10 eastbound to access US 54 and Juarez.
Crews will be performing striping work.
Monday, May 23 – Wednesday, May 25
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (tentative)
- A left lane closure of Ramp H, which connects I-10 eastbound to US 54 northbound, from the I-10 eastbound gore at US 54 northbound, will be in place.
Crews will be performing paint work.
Districtwide Striping Project
Monday, May 23 through Thursday, May 26
Night, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- SH-20 (Alameda) east and westbound from roundabout between Paisano and Alameda to FM-76 (North Loop).
- I-10 westbound frontage road between Copia and Santa Fe.
- I-10 eastbound frontage road between Piedras and Copia.
Crews will be removing and restriping during moving operations.
Guardrail Repair Project
Monday, May 23
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- US-54 southbound between Montana and Ramp K left lane closed.
Crews will be working on guardrails.
Tuesday, May 24
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- US-54 southbound between Pershing and Montana left lane and on-ramp closed.
Crews will be working on guardrails.
Wednesday, May 25
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Loop 375 westbound between Midway and Fonseca right lane closed.
Crews will be working on guardrails.
Thursday, May 26
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- I-10 east (CD lanes) between Resler and Sunland Park left lane and on-ramp closed.
- North Desert to South Desert between Vinton and Anthony crossover under bridge closed.
Crews will be working on guardrails.
Friday, May 27
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- I-10 eastbound between Executive and Schuster (UTEP) right lane closed.
Crews will be working on guardrails.
Spall Repair Project:
Monday, May 23 through Friday, May 27
Night, 9 pm. To 5 a.m.
- I-10 westbound between McRae overpass and I-10/US-54/Loop 375 Interchange (Spaghetti Bowl) alternate lane closures.
Crews will be repairing spall.
Maintenance
Saturday, May 21
5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- US-54 southbound between Ellerthorpe and Broaddus two left lanes closed.
Crews will be working on bridge point.
- I-10 eastbound at Trowbridge exit ramp closed.
- I-10 westbound at Trowbridge on-ramp closed.
- Gateway east and westbound at Trowbridge turnaround closed.
- Loop 375 east and westbound between Fonseca and Padres left lane closed.
Crews will be sweeping.
