There are some high impact closures coming up, including the full closure of I-110 SB at I-10 in preparation for the opening of Ramp H on our I-10 Connect project at 6 a.m. Monday morning.

Tri State Electric (State Highway Improvements) Project

Monday, July 12

Night, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

  • Loop 375 (Border Highway) eastbound between Fonseca and Midway closed.

Crews will be working on installation of signs.

 

Tuesday, July 13 through Thursday, July 15

Nightly, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

  • I-10 eastbound between Zaragoza and Horizon closed.

Crews will be working on replacing signs.

Replacement of E3 Rail Project

Sunday, July 11

Night, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

  • I-10 eastbound between Executive and Schuster alternate lane closures.

Crews will be installing concrete barriers.

Monday, July 12 through Thursday, July 15

Nightly, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

  • I-10 westbound between Schuster and Executive alternate lane closures.

Crews will be installing concrete barriers.

 

Bridge Maintenance Project

Sunday, July 11 through Thursday, July 15

Nightly, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

  • I-10 westbound at Airway bridge closed.
  • All traffic directed to Airway, exit 25.

Crews will be replacing armor joints.

Loop 375 (Border Highway) Wrong Way Driver Construction Project

Sunday, July 11 through Thursday, July 15

Nightly, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

  • Loop 375 westbound between Madrid and Santa Fe closed.
  • Traffic will be diverted to exit at the Paisano Exit on Loop 375 westbound and re-enter at Spur 1966.
  • Barriers will be closing off the right turn and shoulder lanes until further notice.

Crews will be installing concrete barriers.

Guardrail/Median Cable Repair Project

Monday, July 12

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • I-10 westbound between Prospect and Porfirio Diaz right lane and exit ramp closed.

Tuesday, July 13

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • SH-20 (Mesa) southbound between Talbot and Spur 16 right lane closed.

Wednesday, July 14

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • I-10 eastbound between Redd and Thorn left lane closed.
  • US-54 northbound between Trowbridge and Fred Wilson median closed.

Thursday, July 15

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • I-10 westbound between Mesa Park and Sunland Park right lane closed.
  • US-54 southbound between Fred Wilson and Trowbridge median closed.

Friday, July 16

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • I-10 eastbound between Mesa Park and Executive right lane and exit ramp closed.

Pothole Repair Project

Monday, July 12 through Friday, July 16

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • SH-20 (Mesa) westbound between Alto Mesa and I-10 alternate lane closures.

Crews will be repairing potholes.

Miscellaneous Concrete Project

Monday, July 12 through Friday, July 16

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • I-10 westbound Raynolds off-ramp closed.
  • Gateway West between Paisano and Raynolds left lane closed.

Crews will be repairing riprap.

Spall Repair Project

Sunday, July 11 through Thursday, July 15

Nightly, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

  • I-10 westbound between Cotton and Executive alternate lane closures.

Crews will be repairing spall.

Maintenance

Saturday, July 10

9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

  • Loop 375 northbound right lane closed starting a half mile before Iron Medics and Iron Medics exit.

Crews will be working on signs.

Monday, July 12 through Friday, July 16

9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Loop 375 (Border West Hwy) westbound between Shuster and Executive right lane closed.

Crews will be cleaning drains.

Monday, July 12 through Friday, July 16

9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • I-10 westbound between Shuster and Executive right lane closed.
  • US-54 southbound between Dyer and Ellerthorpe alternate lane closures.

Crews will be cleaning.

I-10 Connect NEW RAMP OPENING!

Thursday, 07/08/21, 9 p.m.-6 a.m.

  • Full Closure of I-10 EB at Piedras

Traffic to use Gateway East, to Copia, to Durazno, to Reynolds, and to I-10EB

Sunday, 07/11/21, 9 p.m.-6 a.m. (In case of bad weather, would be Monday)

  1. Additional striping, moving barrier
  • Full Closure of I-110 SB at I-10

No Detour. No access to Juarez. Tuesday is a backup date in case of bad weather.

Loop 375 Frontage Road Project

Monday July 12-Thursday July 15

Nightly, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM

  • North Loop Dr. East and West bound lanes at Loop 375 (i.e. intersection @ Loop 375) will be closed
  • Traffic will follow detours.

Crews will be installing bridge Drill Shafts

Thursday 15

Nightly, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM

  • Loop 375 Northbound Frontage Rd. left lane will be closed from Socorro Rd. to Alameda Ave.
  • Alameda Ave. East and West bound lanes at Loop 375 (i.e. intersection @ LP 375) will be closed
  • Traffic will follow detours.

Crews will be installing concrete barrier for new work zones.

 

Loop 375 Widening Project

Monday, July 12

9 p.m. until 5 a.m. (overnight)

  • Loop 375 northbound frontage road left lane will be closed from UPRR to North Loop
  • Loop 37t Northbound Exit Ramp at North Loop will be closed
  • Loop 375 Southbound frontage road left lane will be closed North Loop Exit Ramp to North Loop
  • North Loop Drive east and westbound lanes (i.e. intersection @LP 375) will be closed
  • Traffic will follow detours

Crews will be installing concrete barrier for new work zones

Tuesday, July 13

9 p.m. until 5 a.m. (overnight)

  • Loop 375 northbound frontage road left lane will be closed from the Zaragoza Exit Ramp to Zaragoza

  • North Loop Drive east and westbound lanes (i.e. intersection @ LP375) will be closed

IH-10 Mill and Inlay Project

Sunday, July 11 through Thursday, July 15 (complete closure)

Nightly, from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. (overnight)

  • I-10 eastbound complete lane closure between McRae Boulevard and Lee Trevino Drive to include entrance ramps and exit ramps
  • I-10 westbound right two lanes from Lomaland Drive to Mc Rae Boulevard

Crews will be performing milling and paving operations

Monday, July 12 through Friday, July 16

Daily, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.

  • Gateway Boulevard eastbound left shoulder and alternating left lane and right lane closures between McRae Boulevard and Lomaland Drive to include entrance and exit ramps and turnarounds
  • Gateway Boulevard westbound left shoulder and alternating lane closures between Lomaland Drive to McRae Boulevard to include entrance and exit ramps and turnarounds

Crews will be performing electrical work and rock wall installation

Montana Frontage Road Project

Tuesday, July 6

9 p.m. until 3 a.m. (overnight)

  • Montana Avenue (US62/180) at Lee Trevino Drive intersection northbound and southbound complete closure
  • Montana Avenue (US62/180) left lane closure east and westbound

Closure is necessary for low profile barrier
