Mesa Rehabilitation Project
Monday, October 11 through Friday, October 15
6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Mesa southbound between Sunland Park and Baltimore alternate lane closures.
Crews will be paving main lanes, median cuts, and turning bays.
Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons and Improvements Project
Continuous until further notice.
Starting Monday, October 11
- Mesa north and southbound between Kerbey and Cincinnati reduced to one lane.
Crews will be working on demolition and concrete work.
Replacement of E3 Rail Project
Sunday, October 10 through Thursday, October 14
Nightly, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- I-10 westbound lane closed.
- Detour: I-10 westbound use Exit 18A (Schuster), take roundabout to Spur 1966, right on Loop 375 (Border Highway), Exit 64 (Executive Center), left on I-10 westbound frontage road.
Crews will be working on drilling and pouring for high mast foundations.
Guardrail Repair Project
Monday, October 11
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Gateway North at Montana on-ramp closed.
Crews will be working on guardrails.
Miscellaneous Concrete Project
Wednesday, October 13 through Friday, October 15
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- I-10 eastbound between Sunland Park and Executive right lane closed.
Crews will be working on rip rap.
Spall Repair
Monday, October 11 through Thursday, October 14
Nightly, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- I-10 westbound between Trowbridge and Santa Fe alternate lane closures.
Crews will be repairing spall.
Loop 375 (Border Highway) Wrong Way Driver Construction Project
Continuous until further notice.
- Oregon southbound between Olivas V Aoy (8th) and 9th closed.
- Oregon southbound between 7th and Olivas V Aoy (8th) closed.
- Oregon northbound will remain open.
- Detour to Mesa.
- 9th between Mesa and Oregon closed.
- Loop 375 westbound between Madrid and Santa Fe right turn lane and shoulder closed.
Crews will be working on demolition and concrete install.
I-10 Connect
Monday, October 11, and Tuesday, October 12
Nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Southbound I-110 will be closed to all traffic leading to the Bridge of the Americas.
- DETOUR: Traffic bound from El Paso to Juárez should use a different Port of Entry.
Crews will be striping and relocating concrete safety barriers.
Monday, October 11, and Tuesday, October 12,
Nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Gateway Boulevard South will be close to all traffic between Cassidy Road and Thompkins Road
- Adjacent streets will be closed at Gateway Boulevard South.
- DETOUR: Take the Cassidy Road/Fort Bliss exit, turn right on Van Buren Avenue, turn left on Loop 478 (Dyer Street), turn left on Thompkins Road, turn right on Gateway South.
Crews will be relocating concrete safety barriers.
Loop 375 Frontage Road Project
Monday, Oct. 11 through Thursday, Oct. 14
Nightly, from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. (overnight)
- Loop 375 northbound closure at Pan American Drive Exit ramp (Exit 47)
- Loop 375 northbound closure at Pan American Drive entrance ramp
- Loop 375 southbound closure at Pan American Drive Exit ramp (Exit 48A)
- Loop 375 southbound closure at Pan American Drive entrance ramp
- Traffic will travel through next available ramp
Crews will be working on miscellaneous items
Loop 375 Widening Project
Tuesday, Oct. 12 through Thursday, Oct. 14 (complete closure)
Nightly, from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. (overnight)
- Loop 375 southbound complete main lane closure between Pellicano Drive and North Loop Drive
- Loop 375 southbound traffic will detour and exit at Pellicano Drive and travel along Joe Battle Boulevard (frontage road) and reenter at North Loop entrance ramp
Crews will be removing and installing overhead sign bridges

Nightly, from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- Montana Avenue (US 62/180) eastbound left lane closure between Global Reach Drive to Wooster Lane
- Montana Avenue (US 62/180) westbound multiple left lane closures between Wooster Lane and Global Reach Drive
- Eastbound traveling public will detour through turnaround at George Dieter Drive intersection
- Westbound traveling public will detour through turnaround at Global Reach Drive intersection
