TxDOT, Connect10 work, detours for Week of September 19

As Summer turns to Fall, TxDOT crews continue their daily work of improving our region’s roads.

Mesa Rehabilitation Project

Monday, September 20 through Friday, September 24

6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Mesa southbound between Sunland Park and Baltimore alternate lane closures.

Crews will be paving main lanes, median cuts, and turning bays.

 

Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons and Pedestrian Improvements Project

Monday, September 20 through Friday, September 24

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Mesa north and southbound between Kerbey and Cincinnati reduced to one lane.

Crews will be working on demolition and concrete work.

 

Electric (City-Wide OSB) Signs Project

Monday, September 20 through Friday, September 24

8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • I-10 eastbound between Eastlake and Loop 375 right shoulder closed.

Crews will be installing guardrails.

 

Bridge Preventative Maintenance Project

Sunday, September 19 through Thursday, September 23

Nightly, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

  • Loop 375 north and southbound between Pellicano and Montana alternate lane closures.

Crews will be working on bridge joint repairs.

 

Guardrail Repair Project

Sunday, September 19

7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • I-10 westbound between Raynolds and Copia two right lanes with on-ramp to US-54 north at Ramp A closed.

Monday, September 20

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Loop 375 eastbound at Paisano/Coles exit ramp closed.

Tuesday, September 21

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Sunland Park southbound between Mesa Hills and I-10 right lane closed.

Wednesday, September 22

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • I-10 westbound at Raynolds exit ramp closed.

Thursday, September 23

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Gateway North between Montana and Yandell left lane closed.

Friday, September 24

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • US-54 southbound at CD lanes between Fred Wilson and Cassidy left lane closed.

Spall Repair

Monday, September 20 through Thursday, September 23

Nightly, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

  • I-10 westbound between Raynolds and Santa Fe alternate lane closures.

Crews will be repairing spall.

 

Maintenance

Monday, September 20 through Friday, September 24

9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Ramp P between US-54 southbound and Loop 375 westbound closed.

Crews will be working on bridge joints.

Loop 375 Widening Project

Tuesday, Sep 21 to Thursday, Sep 23

9 p.m. until 5 a.m. (Overnight)

  • Loop 375 northbound traffic will use Zaragoza Exit
  • All traffic will detour along frontage roads

Crews will be working on removing old traffic markings

Montana Frontage Road Project

Monday, Sep 20

8 AM until 4 PM

  • Montana Avenue (US62/180) to Sagebrush Way on Lee Trevino Drive eastbound, northbound and southbound right lane closure
  • Lee Trevino Drive to East Glen Avenue on Montana Avenue (US62/180) eastbound, northbound and southbound right lane closures
  • Follow all detours in place

Monday, Sep 20 to Friday Oct 15

8 AM until 4 PM

  • Montana Avenue (US62/180) from Yarbrough Drive on Limerick Road eastbound right lane closure
  • Follow all detours in place

Tuesday, Sep 21

8 AM until 4 PM

  • Montana Avenue (US62/180) to Sagebrush Way on Lee Trevino Drive northbound and southbound left lane closure
  • Follow all detours in place

Daily, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and continuous until further notice

  • Gateway East Boulevard (frontage road) two (2) right lane closure at Nuevo Hueco Tanks Boulevard

Closure is necessary for construction of deceleration lane and driveway entrance to new Pic Quick gas station

Monday, July 6 through Friday, September 24

Continuous closure until further notice

  • Gateway West Boulevard (frontage road) right lane closure at Hardnose to Eastlake Drive

is necessary for construction of deceleration lane and driveway entrance to new Amazon Building
