El Paso International Airport official announced Wednesday that United Airlines will be expanding service to Denver International Airport with an additional non-stop, daily flight commencing April 5, 2017.
“The additional flight to Denver, which is one of United’s and the nation’s major hub airports, will provide our travelers with improved connectivity to both domestic and international destinations,” said Monica Lombraña, Director of Aviation, El Paso International Airport.
Recently, ELP was awarded the 2016 Airport Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award for 2nd place in customer satisfaction for North America, among 42 participating airports in the U.S. and Canada
With the expansion of service, airport officials are building on last year’s numbers. El Paso International Airport provided service to over 2.8 million passengers in 2016, a 1.6 percent increase over the previous year.
