The UTEP rifle team registered an aggregate of 4558, just behind Ohio State (4694) Sunday as it closed out its fall slate. The Miners posted a 2249 in smallbore and a 2309 in air rifle.
Isabel Brooks led the team with an aggregate of 1158 while Sydney McKay ranked second for the campaign with a personal record aggregate of 1138.
“This weekend having two matches can make it difficult to shoot,” head coach Austin Litherland said. “It can be even more difficult with challenges in the way. This weekend will wrap up our fall portion of the season. We will go on break to rest up and come back next semester ready to compete.”
