On Wednesday, Head Coach T.J. Hubbard announced the UTEP softball team will begin its preparation for the 2022 campaign with eight games scheduled in October 2021.
On Oct. 10, UTEP will launch fall play into action against Odessa College (11 a.m. MT) and Sul Ross State (6 p.m. MT)
After a two-week break, on Oct. 23 the Miners are scheduled to face off against I-10 rival NM State (11 a.m. MT) and Midland College (6 p.m. MT). The next day the Orange and Blue will take on Howard College (10 a.m. MT) and Western New Mexico (5 p.m. MT).
The Miners will round out fall competition with two contests on Oct. 30 against Cisco College (10 a.m. MT) and UT-Permian Basin (5 p.m. MT).
All games will be played at the Helen of Troy Softball Complex and will be free and open to the public.
