UTEP T&F to Conclude Regular Season at Desert Heat Classic Saturday

The UTEP track and field team will wrap up the regular season at the Desert Heat Classic hosted by the University of Arizona at Roy P. Drachman Stadium in Tucson on Saturday.

The meet will start at Noon PT/1 p.m. MT with the field events (women’s hammer), while the running events will commence at 5 p.m. PT/6 MT with the men’s 110-meter hurdles.

 

Making the trip on the men’s side are Jakub Belik (high jump), Titus Cheruiyot (1500m), Karon Dean (4×100, 4×400), Ronaldo Griffiths (400m H), Joshua Hill (400m, 4×400), Dennis Johnson (100m, 4×100), Victor Kibiego (1500m), Juan Olmos (3000m steeplechase), Julio Pacheco Estrada (400m, 4×400), Abdulroauf Rashid (200m. 4×100, 4×400), Emilio Rios (high jump), Zacarias Velasquez (100m, long jump), Maurice Westmoreland (discus), and Jordani Woodley (110m H, 4×100, 4×400).
