UTEP’s Dreier Stays Put at 63rd Through 36 Holes at NCAA Regionals

Albuquerque, N.M. – Day two of the NCAA Regionals proved tough again on Frederik Dreier; the Conference USA Player of the Year fired a second round score of 11-over par (83).

Dreier sits at 18-over par through 36 holes and is tied for 63rd. Dreier is not the only golfer having a rough go at the UNM Championships Course that is playing 7,555 yards. Only one player in the field (75 golfers) shot under par on Tuesday and only three golfers remain at even par or better through 36 holes.

Jon Rahm (Arizona State) is the clubhouse leader at four-under par.

Dreier will tee it once more again tomorrow morning in Albuquerque.
