Tuesday afternoon, officials with the Veg Society of El Paso (VSEP) announced their upcoming event, a Virtual Compassionate Thanksgiving with special guest Dr. Michael Greger, set for next week.
The event, set for Saturday, November 7, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom, will be followed by a live Q&A with Dr. Greger.
Dr. Greger is an internationally recognized physician known for his expertise on vegan nutrition and lifestyle benefits, as well as his two new books, “How Not to Diet,” a New York Times Best Seller, and “How to Survive a Pandemic” that was released in May 2020.
