Verizon Looking to Hire 120+ Bilingual Workers for El Paso Call Center

Verizon Wireless is hosting an Open House hiring event Friday, as the company seeks to hire more than 120 bilingual professionals for customer service positions in Verizon’s El Paso Call Center by early 2017.

Candidates will have the opportunity to to tour the El Paso campus and learn about career opportunities at Verizon. On-site features include a self-serve style cafeteria, lactation room for new moms and dedicated Strayer University center.

Verizon officials say that, as a Customer Specialist, the environment “is fast-paced, intense customer focused and results-oriented… Candidates should enjoy working with people, be excellent multi-taskers and have solid technical skills.”

Officials add, “Verizon Wireless provides a competitive salary, award-winning training, and a Total Rewards benefit program that includes 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions, medical, vision and dental insurance beginning the first day of employment, up to $8,000 in annual tuition assistance and $3,000 annually for bilingual Spanish differential.”
