Video: TNTM – Marvel Comics debuts Superhero team inspired by AXE Body Spray

I wish I were making this up.  AXE Body Spray has teamed up (by that I mean paid lots of money) with Marvel to create an all new superhero team.

All we know so far is the team is made up of five freshmen from the Future Minds School of Science and Technology based in Chicago.  These five students; Damien Garcia, Lyssa Jordan, Danny Li, Emily Everheart, and Tarell Taylor, use their skills and know-how… along with some high tech Wakandan technology, to become the superheroes; Burner, Windchill, Kid Vanish, Override, and Double Time.

If that isn’t enough for ya, the name of their team is…”The Fresh-men”.

According to the trailer, it appears they will be assisted in their crime fighting by the Avengers. There is no mention as to what media the Fresh-men will be published in, but the promotion is tied to the Marvel Unlimited subscription service that gives members unlimited access to over 25,000 issues of Marvel’s classic and newer titles, delivered digitally through your desktop web browser and the Marvel Unlimited mobile app.
