A treat this Halloween for children and their parents, El Paso ranks as the sixth-best city in the United States for Trick or Treating according to SmartAsset.

The financial website reviewed more than 250 cities across the country and looked at factors such as weather, median home value, crime rates, and single-family housing density.

According to the study, El Paso’s low property crime rate and “historical average temperature of 69.5 degrees on Halloween” placed it as one of the best in the country and the best in Texas.

The full rankings, as well as details on the study, can be found on the SmartAsset webpage.

The City of El Paso has a variety of options for children and parents on Halloween. The events are posted on the Halloween and Dia de los Muertos events banner.
