EL PASO AREA TxDoT
UPDATE: Transmountain is open. The direct connectors from IH10 to LP375 are open as well.
TxDoT crews have closed Highway 62/180 from the entrance to Hueco Tanks State Park to the New Mexico State Line. Also closing 62/180 from FM 2775 to New Mexico State Line and 15 miles from White City, NM to State Line.

EL PASO COUNTY GOVT & OFFICES
The El Paso County Courthouse and its satellite offices will have a delayed opening on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 due to potential hazardous weather/road conditions. The County Courthouse will begin regular business hours at 9:00AM.

TOWN OF HORIZON
Due to current weather conditions, Horizon City Townhall and Court administrative offices will open at 10 AM this morning

TTUHSC EL PASO
Due to inclement weather, the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso campus will delay opening until 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5.
All Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso clinics will maintain their regular hours of operation and open at their regularly scheduled time.
Any employee with questions regarding opening hours for their department should contact their supervisor directly.
Students should report directly to their 9 a.m. classes.

EL PASO ISD
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to potential icy conditions, the school and work day at all EPISD schools and facilities will start an hour after their normal time on Wednesday, Feb. 5. Please report to school or work an hour later than your normal reporting time.
ALSO: The morning session of half-day pre-K is cancelled. The afternoon pre-K session will start at the regular time. All-day pre-K will start one hour later.
Due to the extreme weather we are experiencing and the anticipated improvement of driving conditions later this morning, Socorro ISD schools will operate on a delayed start schedule today, Wednesday, Feb. 5.
All schools will start up to two hours from their normal starting time. Elementary and Middle school start times will be at 9:45 a.m. with breakfast to be served at 8:45 a.m. High schools will start at 10:15 a.m.
All half-day morning Pre-Kindergarten classes and the breakfast in the classroom program are cancelled for the day. Transportation will be provided two hour me from normal pick up times.

SAN ELIZARIO ISD
SEISD Inclement Weather Update: Due to weather conditions, SEISD schools and administrative offices will have a two hour delayed opening from normal starting time. Buses will pick up at the designated bus stop two hours from the original pick-up time.
District closed due to inclement weather. No buses will be traveling to EPCC or UTEP today for the safety of our students.
IDEA PUBLIC SCHOOLS
All of the IDEA campuses in El Paso will have a 1 hour delayed start. Start time for students is 8:30 and attendance taken at 8:45.
Inclement weather update: Tornillo Learning Community, Due to potential early icy road conditions, TISD will begin classes at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 5th.
DELL CITY ISD
Snow! The drifts are piling up, roads are icy, and for the safety of our students and staff, SCHOOL HAS BEEN CANCELED today. Be safe, and stay warm, Cougars!
FT. HANCOCK ISD
Due to potential icy conditions, the school and work day at all FHISD schools and facilities will start 2 hours after their normal time on Wednesday, Feb. 5. Please report to school or work 2 hours later than your normal reporting time.
Due to a winter weather forecast for possible icy road conditions, LCPS will start school 2 hours late tomorrow morning. The workday for employees will also begin 2 hours later than usual. Expect morning buses to arrive 2 hours late during inclement weather conditions.

Due to hazardous road conditions due to snow and ice in the park and surrounding areas, Guadalupe Mountains National Park is CLOSED today.
Low visibility due to foggy conditions may contribute to hazardous driving conditions. Please reduce speed and travel safely.
NEW MEXICO MUSEUM OF SPACE HISTORY
The New Mexico Museum of Space History is on a two hour delay for staff today because of road conditions. We expect to open at 10:00 to the public. Be safe out there folks!
